The service

FrogAssist is a real-time AI coaching overlay for live calls. It provides suggested answers you may choose to use. You remain responsible for what you say and for complying with employer, school, platform, and local laws.

Acceptable use

• Do not use FrogAssist to commit fraud, misrepresent qualifications, or violate interview or exam rules.
• Do not reverse engineer, abuse rate limits, or disrupt the service.
• Do not process content you have no right to capture or share with AI providers.
• Respect other participants’ privacy and applicable recording laws.

Accounts and plans

FrogAssist is offered as a single monthly plan at the price listed on the Pricing page (₹699/month). Paid access requires valid payment when billing is enabled. Cancel-anytime intent applies subject to the final billing policy.

AI output disclaimer

Suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify important facts before relying on them in professional, medical, legal, or safety-critical contexts. FrogAssist is a coach — not a substitute for expertise or honesty.

Intellectual property

The FrogAssist name, software, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to your own content, subject to the licenses needed to operate the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability is limited as set out in the final commercial terms.
